This Privacy Policy explains how LITTMAN LLC, doing business as TheLittman ("TheLittman", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit thelittman.com, apply for or take part in our fire performance coaching, online programs, lessons, workshops and performances, or communicate with us by email or text message.

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, location, social media profile, and anything you write in our forms or messages.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

• To review your application and schedule calls, lessons, and workshops.
• To provide our coaching, online programs, lessons, workshops, and performances, and to support you as a student or client.
• To send application follow-ups, coaching call and lesson reminders, and workshop updates.
• To send offers, promotions, and program news, only if you have agreed to receive them.
• To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

If you opt in to receive text messages from TheLittman, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive: application follow-ups, coaching call and lesson reminders, and workshop updates, and, only with your separate consent, offers and promotions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

This sharing never includes your mobile number or text messaging consent for anyone else's marketing purposes.
